Fried Idli Recipe
Fried Idli is 'Idli' turned into a yummy, teatime snack. Very easy to make and a great way to finish up any left over idlis, that will be 'All gone!' in a few minutes!! 🙂
Ingredients
- Leftover idlis - Any number
- Salt - To taste
- Red chili powder - To taste
- Oil - For frying
Instructions
- Deep fry any leftover idlis in oil till golden brown and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Sprinkle some salt and red chili powder and serve hot with ketchup.
